The Jazz C2S Polisher Kit by SS White, is a polishing system that can be used to polish all composite materials. The kit consists of 8 right angled latch type polishers of various shapes. The polishers come in an autoclavable bur block. C2S stands for Composite 2-step Polishing System. They contain a synthetic rubber matrix that are infused with diamond particles of various sizes. Pigments, mainly titanium dioxide are added to the polishers. The diamond impregnated polishers, aid in achieving a high luster on all direct tooth coloured restorative materials. The Jazz C2S Polisher Kit eliminates the need for multiple polishing systems for various esthetic restorative materials. They are re-usable for multiple patients. The shanks of the polishers are made of stainless steel. They have medium and fine grit polishers to enhance esthetic value of the restoration. The medium grit polishers are used to reduce and smoothen the restoration, while the fine grit variants are used subsequently to augment the luster of the restoration.
