• Paper: Medical grade, 60 GSM paper
• Storage: Store pouches in a cool, dry place. Heat and moisture can compromise the indicator.
• Shelf Life: Sterilized instruments will remain safe & sterile in Sprintz Sterilization Rolls until the sterilized package is wet, torn, or punctured

Loading the Reels:

Place the items carefully into the sterilization reel, ensuring they are spaced properly for effective sterilization.

Sealing the Pouch:

Use a heat sealer to securely seal the open end of the reel, ensuring there are no gaps or weak points.

Labeling:

Label the sealed pouch with the instrument names, & sterilization date for proper tracking.

Sterilization Setup:

When sterilizing multiple pouches, arrange them standing upright, with the paper side of one pouch next to the plastic side of the next. Ensure the pouches being sterilized together require the same time, temperature, and drying conditions.
