It is a passively adhesive methacrylate based, light cured, resin barrier. Soft-Dam is light reflecting so that it will minimise the heat and tissue sensitivity during curing. It is used to isolate tissue adjacent to the whitening teeth. The green colour of this material ensures safety and distinctive barrier everytime it uses.
