• Pre-Heating Phase
  • Switch on the autoclave. It will take approximately 10–15 minutes to pre-heat and reach the desired sterilization temperature.
• Cycle Initiation
  • Once the chamber is adequately heated, the Timer Start Light will turn on, indicating the sterilization cycle has begun.
• Sterilization Conditions
  • A blinking indicator light will confirm that the autoclave has reached the optimal sterilization conditions — 121°C temperature and 15 psi pressure.
• Sterilization Phase
  • The sterilization process runs for approximately 18 minutes.
  • During this phase, the heating element automatically switches off, maintaining internal pressure and temperature without additional energy consumption.
  • The autoclave operates quietly, with no loud buzzing or external heat emission.
• Cycle Completion
  • A final buzzer alert will sound, and the Timer Completion Light will switch on, indicating that the sterilization process is complete.
  • Turn off the main power switch to end the cycle and allow the unit to cool before removing the instruments.
