In this way, you can offer your patients a very interesting, cost-efficient alternative to lab processed crowns.The comfortable to make composite crown fits well, is attractive and shows a remarkable longevity. In in-vitro studies, relevant mechanical characteristics such as resistance to abrasion, fracture toughness and strength were tested and are yielding excellent mechanical properties. Longevity was estimated by standardized chewing and wear simulation combined with artificial aging. These results suggest survival rates up to 5 years. (Long term clinical studies are presently ongoing). The low curing temperature ensures comfortable and safe processing in patients' mouth. Healthy tooth substance is preserved.
