Place the Unit: Set the sterilizer on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

Power On: Plug the device into a standard 220V outlet and switch it on.

Heat-Up Time: Allow the unit to preheat. The glass beads will reach the operating temperature of 240°C in a few minutes.

Sterilize Instruments: Once at full temperature, insert clean and dry instruments into the glass bead-filled well. Ensure the parts to be sterilized are fully submerged in the beads.

Timing: Leave instruments in the well for 5 to 15 seconds to achieve sterilization.

Remove & Cool: Use sterilized forceps or tweezers to remove the tools. Allow them to cool before use.

Turn Off After Use: Switch off the unit and unplug it once sterilization is complete.

Maintenance: Allow the sterilizer to cool before cleaning. Periodically replace the glass beads for optimal performanc
