Tooth Isolation & Access: Isolate the tooth using an appropriate separation technique such as a rubber dam. Perform access opening and locate the root canal orifices.

Application Preparation: Ensure a snug fit to avoid leakage during use.

Controlled Dispensing: For optimal application, hold the syringe firmly in your palm and apply steady pressure to dispense the paste smoothly and accurately.

Initial Application: After identifying the canal orifice, apply D-Tech Root Prep directly into the opening using the attached applicator or an appropriate dispensing tip.

Canal Negotiation: Gently insert endodontic files into the canal to begin biomechanical preparation. The lubricating nature of the paste will assist in smooth file movement.

Reapplication: Reapply D-Tech Root Prep between subsequent file usage to maintain lubrication and chelation throughout canal shaping.

Irrigation: After completing the shaping procedure, thoroughly flush the canal with Sodium Hypochlorite followed by distilled water to remove the paste and debris.

Disinfection & Drying: Complete the canal cleaning process with your preferred disinfectant, dry the canal, and proceed with the obturating technique of your choice.
