It is a clear, yellow coloured solution with a mild perfume. It has a broad spectrum activity even in the presence of organic matter. It is an ideally suited antiseptic in a wide variety of settings. It consists of 7.5% v/v Chlorhexidine gluconate solution IP equivalent to 1.5% w/v chlohexidine gluconate, 15% w/v Cetrimide IP, Perfume and Tartrazine as colour. It is cost effective due to high use dilutions.
