Unpacking: Carefully unpack the machine and inspect it for any transportation damage before use.

Installation Location:

Place the machine on a flat, level, and rigid surface.

Ensure the area is well-ventilated, dry, and free from excessive heat.

Do not place any objects between the machine and its supporting surface to maintain proper airflow underneath.

Maintain a clearance of at least 20 cm around the entire machine for safe and unhindered operation.

Power Connection:

Verify that your local power supply matches the machine’s rated voltage (220V). This unit is not dual voltage.

The machine tolerates supply voltage variations of ±10% of its nominal value.

Insert the female end of the power cord firmly into the rear socket of the machine, ensuring it is fully connected.

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet with a proper grounding system.

Compressed Air Connection:

Connect the compressed air line (pressure range: 3–8 bar / 43.5–116 psi) to the quick coupling on the air hose extender.

Ensure the hose is straight and free of creases to avoid airflow interruption.

Operating Instructions:
Preparation:
Ensure the machine is properly connected to power and compressed air.

Keep the main switch OFF before setup.

Chamber Setup:
Using the pressure chamber lock handle, unlock the pressure chamber by turning it 180°.

Rotate the heating unit 180° to the left, moving it to the rear position.

Open the pressure chamber by lifting it upwards and to the left using its handle until its opening faces upward.

Model Placement:
Place the model in the model holder (which supports both flat and mug positions), then insert the assembly into the cabinet lid cavity.

Model Holder Positions:

Mug Position:

Recommended for rigid plates or models with retention areas (plates ≥ 1.0 mm).

Fill around the model with glass grit for support.

Place within a container to catch any falling grit.

Flat Position:

Ideal for full surface coverage.

Flatten model base and avoid excessive height to reduce distortion.

Ensure the cabinet lid is clean and free from debris before inserting the model holder.

Plate Installation:

Turn the plate locking ring handle counterclockwise to open.

Center the thermoplastic plate on the compensation ring within the pressure chamber.

Insert and align the plate locking ring, matching its handle and pin with the chamber slots.

Press and rotate the ring clockwise to lock. Hold the chamber handle firmly while doing this.

Heating & Forming Process:

Push the pressure chamber backward to its end position.

Rotate the heating unit forward until you hear a "click".

Turn ON the main switch to begin plate heating. Blue and red indicator LEDs will light up if heating is correctly engaged.

Note: If the chamber or lock is misaligned, the red heating LED will remain off.

Observe the plate through the viewing gap. The ideal plasticization point varies by plate type and is identified by:

Visual clarity (e.g., transparent or glossy finish)

Flow of 10–12 mm

Once the ideal point is reached, move the heating unit to the rear position.

Caution: Do not overheat the plate. Follow manufacturer-specific timing to prevent damage or residue inside the chamber.

Forming:
Close the pressure chamber by turning it forward and then to the right until fully seated.

Lock the chamber by turning the lock handle clockwise.

Note: Lock only when the chamber is fully closed to avoid air leakage.

The air valve will engage, and the plate will be pressurized. A brief hissing sound is normal.

After 15–20 seconds (depending on plate thickness), turn off the main switch to depressurize.

Wait for complete depressurization. Then unlock the pressure chamber by turning the lock handle counterclockwise.

Release the plate locking ring and open the chamber, lifting it upwards and leftward. Hold the chamber with one hand for stability.

Remove the formed plate and model holder.

Note: When using the mug position, some glass grit may detach from the plate during this step.

Post-Processing:
Return the plate locking ring and heating unit to their initial positions for compact storage.

Allow the model to cool for ~30 seconds before trimming.

After Use:
Disconnect the power cord and compressed air hose if the unit will not be used frequently.

Trimming & Finishing:
Cut excess material using scissors, a utility knife, or a steel/carborundum disc depending on plate rigidity.

For rigid plates or thicknesses >1.0 mm, use the Mug Position for better results.

Final finishing can be done using mounted stones, Scotch-Brite™ brushes, or rubber discs.
