Angelus Reforpost Key is a manual post guided positioning tool, designed to guide and seat Angelus Reforpost metallic intraradicular posts using a gentle twist. Crafted from stainless steel, this precision driver enables the safe, passive placement of prefabricated posts into prepared root canals. Its ergonomic handle and post specific engagement provide controlled, accurate seating without exerting unnecessary force .

It is compatible with Reforpost sizes 1 to 4 and enables clinicians to maintain tactile feedback and control during post placement procedures. It is intended for use in endodontic retreatment procedures, provided the posts have not been cemented.

Purpose of the Reforpost Key:

  • It guides the Reforpost (a metallic post) into the prepared root canal.

  • Ensures accurate and gentle placement of the post using a twist-in, passive motion, reducing the risk of damage to the canal.

  • Provides better control for the dentist while seating the post, especially in narrow or curved canals.

  • Allows for safe insertion without applying excessive pressure or using fingers, ensuring a clean and precise procedure.
