Most ideal shape of flow, resulting in a more homogeneous casting structure without cavities or shrinkholes. The al dente casting sprues “EM” with a sprue’s head diameter of 6–7–8 mm are used for precious metal alloys.

  • Reshaping of the ball to its technically most ideal shape of flow: the nozzle. This shape has the advantage that the alloy being injected swirls less.
  • Due to the tube diameter of 3 mm and the concave shape of the reservoir, an easy and metal-saving removal after casting is provided.
  • A more homogenous texture without cavities is the result.
  • Easiest waxing of the sticks by soaking the waxing stick. Aperture diameter of 3 mm and the concave shape of the reservoir on the waxing side assure good accessibility and thus enable metal economy and easy removal after casting.
