Package Orientation: Hold the sterile pack with the colour-coded strip facing you, the notch should be at the upper-right corner.

Aseptic Opening:

With a sterile-gloved hand or sterile forceps, grasp the paper folder and pull it outward until the needle is visible.

For non-needled strands: withdraw the entire folder, open it fully, and remove the suture.
