1. PB Points to replace the complex-but-loved PB-PREMIUM and PB-CLASSIC coupons

From now on, PB Premium and PB Classic customers will earn PB Points (equivalent to cashback) on every purchase of theirs. This will completely replace the usage of coupons PB-PREMIUM and PB-CLASSIC. While you love the PB Premium benefits, most of you have found it hard to remember/use the coupons on your regular orders. So, we decided to make it simpler. Your points will apply automatically on all your orders.

And, you can use your accumulated points against your next order or save it for later - may be to fund the next equipment purchase. Just use the Apply PB Points option in the shopping cart page to use the points to pay for your order. We hope to make it easier for PB Premium and PB Classic customers to enjoy the full benefits of PB Club through this. Know more about the PB Club here.


2. Bulk prices to replace the complex-but-loved Supersaver and Friends packs

The second major change is around the introduction of bulk pricing for almost every product. We see that most of you love the Supersaver and the Friends packs, but its cumbersome to use them. And, several of you have compared our 1 pack prices to your bulk purchase prices to decide we are expensive. And, that decision takes you to multiple vendors, making your life more complex. We hate that.

So, we decided to make it simple. Whether you buy 1 unit or 100 units of your favorite product, we will try to ensure that you get the best deal possible, without doing anything different - no phone calls, no mails, no haggling, just the right prices. Just go ahead and choose your favorite Neoendo file sizes and add to cart - See the prices reduce as the quantity increases, automatically. Not clear yet - know more about bulk prices here.
