Preparation:

Check Water Supply: Ensure the autoclave is filled with demineralized water and the waste water tank is empty.

Load Instruments:

Clean and dry instruments before sterilization.

Arrange instruments in trays or sterilization pouches with space between items for proper steam circulation.

Do not overload the chamber (Max: 2 kg instruments or 0.45 kg textiles).

Power On and Select Program:

Press the power button to turn on the device.

Use the touchscreen display to:

 Select the desired cycle (e.g., Class B cycle, quick cycle).

 Adjust drying time using the flexDRY option (from 1 to 60 minutes, depending on load).

 Confirm settings before starting the cycle.

Start Sterilization:

Press Start on the display to begin the cycle.

The autoclave will perform:

 Pre-vacuum

 Sterilization phase

 Post-vacuum and drying

Do not open the door during operation.

After the Cycle:

Wait for the screen to show “Cycle complete” and ensure chamber pressure is back to normal.

Open the door carefully to avoid steam burns.

Remove the sterilized items using heat-resistant gloves.

Save or print sterilization logs using:

Maintenance:
Daily: Empty waste water container and check water quality.

Weekly: Clean chamber and check door seal.

Regularly: Replace water filter and inspect the vacuum pump (refer to maintenance schedule in manual).
