Transbond XT by 3M is a light cure adhesive that bonds orthodontic brackets on to tooth surfaces. Using light cure adhesive technology, Transbond XT provides additional working time to ensure accurate bracket placement. The viscosity of this material prevents adhesive run-on and bracket skating which saves money and reduces material waste. The quick cure of Transbond XT ensures quick and effective bonding procedures. The excellent bonding properties allow easy flash clean-up. Immediate bond strength attained after curing permits archwire placement immediately following cure.
